Ethical Values

In order to protect consumers' rights, UBA set up important retail standards which are significant for its members. The committee of retail standards worked on it and decided the following as the “Association's constitution”:

Member companies are respectful to the environment;
Technical specifications of the product is always in conformity with the information on the label;
Member companies follow their activities in accordance with the laws (Competition Act, Consumers Act and Protection of Brands Act etc.);
Member companies do not sell counterfeit products, which means "misleading the consumers”.
